The Healthy Plate Guidebook is chock full of simple and delicious recipes that are designed to get you feeling your best! With over 60 pages of support, our 6 Week Anti-Inflammatory and Immune Supporting Meal Plan is easy to follow with ingredients you can find in your local grocery store in one weekly list.

Each week is divided into a nutritionist-written meal plan, grocery list, and prep ideas and plans. In addition to the guidebook, you will also receive weekly group check-ins where you’ll meet with our Healthy Plate facilitator as well as other like-minded accountability partners. Check-ins are the way you will stay on track, share tips and tricks, stay motivated, and inspire each other! Celebrate your wins, ask questions, and get the help you deserve. You don’t have to do this alone!

Once you’ve purchased, you will receive an invitation to book your welcome session with Kaysi and download your guidebook. During your session, Kaysi will learn about your specific needs and goals, match you to your group, and introduce you to your facilitator. Groups are forming now.
