Enjoy a new twist of traditional yoga movements to activate and strengthen the back of your body, including the hamstrings and shoulders! This all-levels class focuses on small variations in familiar poses that will challenge your body to get stronger (and more mobile) in new ways. A slow-flow class, this practice will ease you into movement, and then we’ll fire it up in moments where your body has to adjust to new loads and positions.

You’ll need 1-2 yoga blocks for this practice. Get curious and dig into the experience of breath and body!
